• 00:53:19: I hate it when people come in 2 mins be4 close 2 pick up their rxs & then decide they want 2 add ins & get pissed when we have issues
  
• 00:56:44: Out of 3 scripts, 1 worked, 1 was refill too soon &1 was a PA required. If they would have given us that right away it may not been issues
  
• 01:00:31: They left saying they were going 2 find a new pharm, too bad the rxs are stuck with us bc we transferred in & my state is a 1 time transfer
  
• 11:14:40: Only got 3.5 hours of sleep last night and today is dragging by. It's going to be a long day.

• 20:42:43: Other number said they were open 8a-5p cst but were closed when we called (around 2pm). Pt not happy because our hands were tied.
  
• 20:44:26: Because the bin on the card would not work and we couldn't get ahold of a person at the insurance.
