00:53:19: I hate it when people come in 2 mins be4 close 2 pick up their rxs & then decide they want 2 add ins & get pissed when we have issues
00:56:44: Out of 3 scripts, 1 worked, 1 was refill too soon &1 was a PA required. If they would have given us that right away it may not been issues
