No problem. You don't even have to go through with the nudge to check out the list of people that haven't updated.
Normally, every now and then I will go through and nudge people who haven't updated in more that 16 weeks. I give them around 4 weeks to see if they are going to come back and if they don't I delete them, as they are the ones that seem to have left lj.
