Same here. I usually have a very good idea, I just double check to be sure (because I can say that I probably have missed a post here or there).

But I found a fast way to see when someone has updated. If you go to nudge somebody, it will give you a list of all the people on your list who has not updated with in the past week and how long it's been since their last update.
